14. ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Tax Collector and Assessor’s Offices have moved from Town Hall, across the street, to the old Berkshire Bank building at 488 Main Street. You can continue to use the drop boxes located outside of Town Hall for any payments, or you can stop over to their new location.
The Spring 2022 Household Hazardous Waste Day will take place on Saturday, May 14th from 9AM-1PM at the Lee Wastewater Treatment Plant. Pre-registration for this event is required. Please visit the Dalton Town website for more details.
With the Town operation of the Transfer Station, residents will still be able to use up their old bags and will be able to buy car permits and bag stickers both by check at the Transfer Station and on the Town’s website
The Dalton Open Space and Recreation Committee will be holding their 3rd Annual Pines Clean Up Day on Saturday, May 14th from 10am-12pm. They are looking for community volunteers to help with trash pickup and invasive pulling. More information can be found on their Facebook event page or the town website.
