The proposed work, to occur at 14 Old Steele Road, involves the demolition of a seasonal camp (new home construction to follow), removal of 10-12 trees, structural repairs to an existing deck and grading for a retaining wall, portions of which will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Isolated Wetlands and Billy Ward Pond.
