• Ashburnham Municipal Light Board Chairman’s call to order meeting of the Light Board.
II. OPEN SESSION
• To consider a request by the Chair to go into an Executive Session to consider a complaint brought against an employee and take such action (if any) by the Board on the complaint pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section (a)(1).
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
• The Ashburnham Municipal Light Board shall consider a complaint against an employee and to take such action (if any) by the Board on the complaint pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(1).
