• To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (Superintendent Zanghi and Assistant Superintendent Costello).
• To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (with the BBEA).

• Approve the creation of the Superintendent Search Advisory Subcommittee-Vote
