b)	Review of T-Mobile’s Hometown Grants Opportunity
c)	Downtown Graffiti Remediation
d)	Update on issues with vacant and abandoned buildings and homeless camping out in the downtown 
e)	Discussion on Liquor License Status 
f)	The Developer’s Toolkit Project Update
g)	Downtown Parking Benefits District Oversight Committee Update and discussion of parking meter enforcement
