1. Agency Administration: Compliance Review
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its March 7, 2016 meeting, its discussion of the land bank’s triennial inspection of the various properties subject to land bank conservation restrictions (CRs) and agricultural preservation restrictions (APRs).
2. Agency Administration: Investment of Land Bank Monies
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its October 31, 2016 meeting, its discussion of the investment of land bank revenues.
3. Oak Bluffs Acquisition Planning
The Oak Bluffs Town Advisory Board, at its November 1, 2016 meeting, discussed wellsite planning in town.
