The Subcommittee will consider approval of meeting minutes for the Finance Subcommittee meeting of Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
3. FY2015 Invoice
The Subcommittee will consider approval to authorize payment of one (1) outstanding invoice from FY2015 for $192.50 to be charged to the FY2017 budget. Specific detail of this invoice will be provided at the Finance Subcommittee meeting.
4. Bids
a. Bid 2017-2, Security Guard Services was opened on September 20, 2016. The administration will provide the detail and award recommendation at the subcommittee meeting.
b. Bid 2017-3, Three (3) School Buses was opened on September 20, 2016. The administration will provide the detail and award recommendation at the subcommittee meeting.
5. Acceptance of Donations
Administrative Recommendation:
a. To accept the donation of a 2004 Acura MDX from Ms. Marta M. Stiglin of Andover to the Automotive Technology program.
6. Purchase of Gator
The administration will provide detail for the purchase of a Gator for farm use in the amount of $8,739.04 from the Farm Revolving Fund.
