The Templeton Advisory Committee Pre-Town Meeting is being broadcast live on TCTV Channel 8 and the TCTV YouTube channel.  Any comments made to the YouTube channel chat will be considered part of the public record and included with the meeting minutes, and a response will be made to these comments as soon as possible.  
The agenda and meeting materials for this business meeting were posted to www.mytowngovernment.org/01468 no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, in accordance with Commonwealth of Massachusetts Open Meeting Laws.  The Chairperson reserves the right to add items to, remove items from, or change the order of the agenda.  However, the agenda is posted in advance to give the committee and public time to review the agenda items, and to ensure the meeting runs within the allotted timeframe.

a.	October 21, 2021 – From Matthew Rivard, the Fall Special Town Meeting Recommendation Document.  Suggested Motion to Approve the Recommendation Document to the Fall Special Town Meeting on November 3, 2021, as Presented.  
b.	October 20, 2021 – From Kelli Pontbriand, Town Accountant: September 2021 Budget vs. Actual (BVA) Document.  Suggested Motion to enter in the record as read and reviewed.  Other motions to recommend items may come during the review of the BvA.

a.	Ellen Honsa – Discuss recommending to the Town and Select Board that all financial items be separated in future Articles on Town Meeting Warrants.  RE – Article 1, Fall STM 11/03/2021.
