7:00 Regular Session, call to order

-Review what the EOC has accomplished and recommendations from from the school Survey seen below;



1- Continue this committee and add additional members

2- Recommendation to explore Early Childhood use and provide the BOS with Xan info and proposal

3- Recommendation to explore extended day (before and after school) program for school aged students

4- Recommendation to explore other educational uses- night courses, summer camp, vacation camps  and other programs to service our community.

5- Recommendation to explore process to separate from the NRSD PK-5 grade levels

6- Recommendation to explore partnership with Warwick (and possibly Petersham and/or Royalston) and hiring a consultant to support this work. This partnership could include leasing PMS to have our Phillipston students attend as school choice students.



-Discussion on holding meetings remotely
