(in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975) LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED CALL TO ORDER Approval of the Minutes of March 11, 2015 COUNTY AND LAND BANK COMMISSION TREASURERS' REPORTS: Transfer Fee Revenues Revenue for the week ending March 13, 2015: $164,620 Revenue for the week ending March 20, 2015: $133,340.40 Revenue for the week ending March 27, 2015: Transfer Fee Hearings 1. Virginia Clark (Town of Tisbury) The Land Bank Commission will conduct a hearing regarding Ms. Clark’s request for an extension of the timetable by which she must domicile on her ‘m’ property (transfer no. 51468). New Business: 1. Agency Policy: Personnel and Staffing The Land Bank Commission will conduct a second-reading of a proposed amendment to this policy; the first-reading took place at its March 11, 2015 meeting. 2. Agency Land Management: Goats The Land Bank Commission will discuss its planned goat-grazing program. 3. Agency Land Management: Natural Heritage Program The Land Bank Commission will review a draft agreement between itself and the commonwealth natural heritage program regarding data release. 4. Menemsha Neck Preserve (Town of Aquinnah) The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its February 9, 2015 meeting, its discussion of a January 23, 2015 letter from the Aquinnah assessors regarding land acquired by the land bank on June 4, 2014 from Ann Brown here. 5. Toms Neck Preserve (Town of Edgartown) The Land Bank Commission will review the financing associated with this planned transaction.
