The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:35 pm Public meeting on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Costello Construction to excavate and remove existing septic tank, install replacement septic tank and reroute shallow water line as might be needed at 2 Lufkin Point Ln
7:45 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Cory Matthews of 234 John Wise LLC to construct an addition to the existing restaurant and re-landscape a portion of the grounds at 234 John Wise Ave
8:00 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Nathan Woodman to install an in-ground pool with deck at 9 Shepard Memorial Dr
Conservation Commission legal notices are published: (1) in print in the Gloucester Daily Times (www.gloucestertimes.com); (2) on the newspaper's website, if it has one; and (3) on the Massachusetts Newspaper Publishers Associations' website (http://masspublicnotices.org) Business: 
*Meet with property owner for 5 Redgate Rd regarding changes to project descripton
*Review Certificate of Compliance Requests (if any). 
*Sign documents for hearings closed at the last meeting (if any). 
*Approve minutes from the meeting of September 25, 2018. 
*Distribute minutes from last meeting. *Review mail/emails. 
*Sign payroll and expense sheets. *Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
