6:40 PM – Notice Of Intent (Continued) – NEPC Transmission Line off Williams Rd. (Map19 Parcel 41).  The applicant, New England Power Co. is filing for a temporary crossing of a wetland and replacement of a transmission tower and repair of a second tower within the Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
