The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. 7:35 pm Continued Request for Determination filed by the Essex Historical Society and Shipbuilding Museum for the installation of a 20'x50' shed at 66 Main St.
7:45 pm Request for Determination of applicability filed by John Tremblay for BB Botanics LLC to add a landing and stairs, remove existing shed and run down spouts at 242 John Wise Ave.
8:00 pm Notice of Intent filed by Joanna Emerson to replace a failed septic system at 4 Gregory Island Ln.
8:15 pm Notice of Intent filed by Curt Bergeron for 35 Dodge St LLC to replace an existing timber bulkhead and grading for expansion of existing maintenance building at 35 Dodge St. (UPDATE: The Conservation Commission has received late this afternoon materials from other governmental agencies involved in the permitting of this project. Due to the lateness of the submittals, the Commission will be opening the hearing and the applicant’s representative will present the project. However, the Commission will be continuing the hearing to a date agreed upon to allow for further review of the materials received. It has been decided that the Commission will not be taking public comments at this time. The hearing will be opened for public comments at the next meeting.)

*Review a request for a minor modification to 99 and 103 Main St.
*Review Requests for Certificates of Compliance (if any).
*Approve Minutes from the meeting of February 16, 2021.
*Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
