1. Agency Administration: 2015 Annual Report:
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft of its 2015 annual report.
2. Doug’s Cove Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its July 27, 2015 meeting, its discussion of the removal of the telephone poles that line the beach here.
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission by neighbor Patrick King for the construction of a single-family dwelling and related site work.
3. Peaked Hill Reservation (Town of Chilmark)
The Land Bank Commission will review a December 1, 2015 letter from neighbor Henry Goldberg in which he outlines his plan to shift to the east the traveled surface of the Peaked Hill Road as it passes between his two lots.
4. Ripley’s Field Preserve (Town of Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will review a December 7, 2015 letter from the Tisbury selectmen regarding hunting on this and other Tisbury properties.
5. Southern Woodlands Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice of an application filed with the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission by neighbor Eileen Pelletier to construct an addition to an existing dwelling.
