Information for Meeting of Hampshire-Franklin Commission on the Status of Women and Girls

The Town of Shutesbury will hold all its public meetings via remote participation using Zoom.us until further notice. The public can access the virtual meetings by internet enabled devices or by telephone. Every meeting will be recorded and available to the public.

6:00 pm - Roll Call and Call to Order
Welcoming of Guests, introductions and public speak out period
6:15 pm - Review and acceptance of minute meetings from our January 12, 2021 meeting
6:20 pm - begin transitioning into the Check-in & Chat with local our local State Representatives Mindy Domb, Lindsay Sabadosa, Natalie Blais, Daniel Carey, and Jacob Oliveira.
6:30 pm - Check-in & Chat (Facebook Live Event) Introductions
● Discussions lead by local state representatives about legislation being filed in support of women and girls.
● Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women’s Legislative
priorities.

● Hunger-Free Campus Initiative and School Meals for All, legislation being filed by anti-hunger advocates.
● Public lead discussion and question on other legislative proposals or community needs.
7:30 - 7:45 pm Conclusion and identifying actions and next steps.
7:45: pm - Commissioners will continue their monthly meeting and all other items that may lawfully come before this body.
8:15 pm - Adjournment
