The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

MINUTES REVIEW: 
Meetings held May 3, 2017 and June 21, 2017.

SIGNS:
17-052	St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church/c/o Alice Crockett – Application to install a hanging sign located at 625 Main Street.

17-054	Suzanna Nickerson – Application to install a display case located at 606 Main Street.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION:
17-053	Cape Cod 5/c/o Trevor Smith – Application to re-roof red cedar shingles located at 548 Main Street.

OTHER BUSINESS:
1.	Continued discussion of public outreach with regard to work requiring review by the Historic Business District Commission, specifically power washing of side wall shingles.
2.	Annual Election of Officers

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
