Approve minutes from meeting of January 16th, 2020
Chairman’s update: attendance at BOS meeting 01/27
  - ? prospective market analysis for 166 Eastern Av, retail marijuana
  - ? Broadening of committee’s scope
  - ? elect new Chair
  - ? new mission statement

Begin to look at 3 Towns (Brookline, Newton, Georgetown) to see if there are items/stipulations they used that we may want to use.  Items considered will include but are not limited to items identified in the HCA outline discussed at the last meeting (01/16) as written below:

HCA Outline
a)Town oversite (licensing, fines, impact fee, payment sched, reporting/inspection/review, corrective actions, suspension, etc.)
b)Business Responsibilities (cooperation w/authorities, reporting of deficiencies, access to records, studies, manager oversite, etc.)
c)Business Operations (hours, manner of operations, product displays, traffic, parking, environmental, storage, disposal, public safety, etc)
d)Community Outreach/Prevention/Education/Support

Next meeting of the HCA AdComm will be February 13th, 2020, 7:30pm, Stage Conference Room, 2nd floor Town Hall
