New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Fiscal Year 2015 Budget
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the agency budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2014.
2. Agency Administration: Purchase of Supplies
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the purchase and installation of an upgraded computer system at its office.
3. Agency Land Management: Donation
The Land Bank Commission will discuss a proffered donation of a station-wagon.
4. Aquinnah Headlands Preserve (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application for various variances filed with the Aquinnah Board of Health by neighbor Thomas Dourmashkin.
5. Makonikey Coal Mine Preserve (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss, per its June 2, 2014 vote, the possible disposition of this property.
6. Trade Winds Field Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual review of the performance of its airport services coordinator here.
