The Chatham Historical Commission will hold a public meeting at which the following public hearings will be conducted on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Town Hall Annex, Lower Level - Committee Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

Application No. 14-001: To be heard in accordance with the provisions of Section 12(e) of the Cape Cod Commission Regional Policy Plan regarding properties situated in a National Historic Register District pursuant to an Application for Substantial Alteration to a Historic or Contributing Structure in a National Historic Register District, located at 71 Silverleaf Avenue, filed by Theodore P. Streibert, AIA, 15 Linden Tree Lane, Chatham, MA 02633, for owners 71 Silverleaf Avenue Realty Trust, 14005 Oak Hollow Lane, Saratoga, CA 95070.
Application No. 14-002: To be heard in accordance with the provisions of Section 12(e) of the Cape Cod Commission Regional Policy Plan regarding properties situated in a National Historic Register District pursuant to an Application for Substantial Alteration to a Historic or Contributing Structure in a National Historic Register District, located at 81 Holway Street, filed by William F.
