1. Agency Administration: Fiscal Year 2015 Budget
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft of its budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2014.
2. Agency Administration: Compliance Review
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its May 5, 2014 meeting, its
discussion of a possible encroachment at the Felix Neck Preserve.
3. Agency Administration: Financial Analyst
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its May 12, 2014 meeting, its discussion of the possible engagement of a financial analyst to review its outstanding bond debt and make recommendations on parameters for refinancing.
4. Agency Administration: Performance Evaluation
The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual review of the performance of
its executive director.
