The Light Commission shall be voting on whether or not to enter into an executive session to discuss a competitively sensitive issue that shall address proprietary information associated with a potential solar generation project in town.  This project could lead to a purchased power agreement for the Light Plant and the Light Commission believes that if it were to discuss such an issue in an open session that it would adversely affect its ability to negotiate a purchased power agreement.  The Light Commission shall not be re-convening in an open session following the executive session.
