Conomo Point Matters: • Status of offers to purchase the Town’s vacant lot at 0 Sumac Drive, Map 110, Lot 7. Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline. LICENSING: One-Day Entertainment License: • Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, Ken Riehl, Cape Ann Plein Air, for use on Monday, October 14, 2019, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. within the confines of the Shipyard at the Waterline Center, 66 Main Street. • The Farm Bar & Grill, Ben Wilcox, for use on Sunday, October 13, 2019, between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. within the confines of 233 Western Avenue.
