The Subcommittee will consider approval of meeting minutes for the Finance Subcommittee meeting of Wednesday, April 5, 2017.
3. Financial Statements
Administrative Recommendation: To approve the financial statements for February 28, 2017. If approved, the statements will be placed on file for audit.
4. Acceptance of Donations
Administrative Recommendation:
a. To accept a donation of $250 from CAPS Auto Wrecking Corporation for the disposal of three (3) vehicles. These vehicles were donated to the Automotive Technology and Collision Repair Programs for educational purposes and are no longer of value for that purpose.
b. To accept the donation of a 2005 Nissan Sentra from Ms. Elizabeth A. Joens of Beverly to the Automotive Technology Program.
c. To accept the donation of a 2010 Chevrolet Express Van from Instant Signal and Alarm Company, Inc. of Salem to the Automotive Technology Program.
5. Agreed Upon Procedures Report On The End of Year Financial Report – Giusti, Hingston & Company
Administrative Recommendation: End of the Year Financial Report received from Giusti, Hingston & Company. The administration recommends accepting the report as submitted.
6. MassBioEd Foundation BioTeach SOW for SPOT Grant
Administrative Recommendation: To accept the MassBioEd Foundation Bio Teach SOW for SPOT Grant in the amount of $4,500.
7. Discussion items that were not reasonably anticipated by the Chairperson (M.G.L., Chapter 30 – Sections 18-25)
