Joint meeting with Selectboard
To review litigation with Counsel re Zoning Board of Appeals' Decision regarding Proposed Large Scale Ground Mounted Solar Energy System at Lot 38, New Athol Road, Petersham.
RE: Purpose: To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.
There will be no regular business conducted after Executive Session.
