Meeting will open in regular public session and proceed to enter Executive Session per Roll Call Vote.
3. Executive Session
Joint meeting with Zoning Board of Appeals
To review litigation with Counsel re Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) Decision regarding Proposed Large Scale Ground Mounted Solar Energy System at Lot 38, New Athol Road, Petersham.
RE: Purpose: To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.
4. New Business:
RE: Review purchase of COVID-19 tests kits via Central Mass. Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) muni group purchase process per State approved vendor list; deadline of Fri., January 14.

Next regular Selectboard meeting date: Tuesday, January 18, 2022, 5:30 PM, Town Hall main level and at the call of the Chair as needed.
