                   Project Description: Proposing the construction of a 3 bedroom house,             
                                      along with a driveway within 50’ wetland buffer, as well as a septic                                            
                                      system within the 100’ buffer of the wetland. To provide access to the  
                                      house, a wetland crossing will be necessary.
