The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

CONTINUED HEARINGS - SIGNS:
15-083 Chatham Shark Center/ c/o Dave Ferraresi – Application to install a ground sign located at 235 Orleans Road. Continued from August 19, 2015.
CONTINUED HEARINGS – MAJOR ALTERATIONS:
15-086 Liberty Commons/ c/o Beaumont Solar – Application to install solar panels located at 390 Orleans Road. Continued from August 19, 2015.
15-087 The Victorian/ c/o Beaumont Solar – Application to install solar panels located at 375-391 Orleans Road. Continued from August 19, 2015.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
15-088 John Hession – Application to construct an 8’x12’ shed on the property located at 29 Collins Lane.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS:
Review of draft Design Guidelines and Procedural Regulations, including potential vote of a majority of members to approve the proposed amendments in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section XXVI of the Town of Chatham Historic Business District Rules & Regulations as amended July 18, 2012.
Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
