Project Location:  Celiberti – Realty LLC, Martin Road (proposed Road)

Project Description:  Scraping down buffer zone near a stream to put down wooden railroad ties (full of creosol) and telephone poles (full of creosol) that will seep into the ground and stream.  Putting in a plastic culvert pipe to re-direct the water flow and disturbing the natural flow of the stream.

Project Description:  The proposed work involves the installation of a replacement septic system for an existing single family house.  A small portion of the breakout fill surrounding the leaching area is within the 100’ buffer zone that is associated with wetlands that border Canesto Brook.  The septic tank and leaching area is outside of the 100’ buffer zone and more than 200’ from edge o the brook.
