To continue review of a request from Sunpin Energy Services, LLC for a special permit application and site plan review for the purpose of a proposed solar photovoltaic development located on New Athol Road, Petersham, Map 402, Lot 38; the parcel is generally located between addresses #138 and #174 New Athol Road;
2) A Public Hearing will be held On September 23, 2021 at 7:30 PM
an Application by Stephen Kieras for 1) an adiministrative appel from a decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer or in the alternative 2) a special permit under the quidelines of the Zoning Bylaw and pursuant MGL Chapter 40A for property located at 15 North Main Street. Said property is also listed on Assessors records as Parcel 201117000.
Hearings to be held at Petersham Town Hall, lower level, 1 South Main Street, Petersham, MA.
