• Consider a request to transfer the leasehold interest in two lots on Robbins Island.
• Discussion and possible vote concerning removal of structure at 9 Beach Circle.
• Authorize the Board to countersign Purchase and Sale Agreements offered to Robbins Island tenants that have been received by meeting time; and also vote to authorize the Board to countersign outside of a meeting any received afterwards.
