Motion to nominate Erica Roberts to serve one-year term on the Board of Trustees, 2nd, all in favor.
Review minutes from Monday, April 10, 2021, discussion. Motion to accept by, 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY20 warrants dated April 15 and 29, 2021.
Ratify Library Expense FY20 warrants dated FY21 April 15 and 29, 2021.
Ratify Library Utilities FY20 warrants dated FY21 April 15, 2021.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street FY21 April 15 and 29, 2021.
Ratify Library Books FY20 warrants dated April 15 and 29, 2021.
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by, 2nd, all in favor.
Curbside and In-library browsing appointments will continue until the end of the fiscal year June 30. Brenda thinks it’s best to wait until all ages who want to receive the vaccination will be by then. We will consider reopening in September and to reopen on Saturdays (this is due to a summer staff shortage.) Curbside will be a permanent option for patrons, we have re-started home deliveries to our seniors.

Annual Town Meeting, Thursday, June 10. Collins Center Report will be used to adjust the salaries for all the town’s departments.
Important to start talking about the purchase of 18 Common Street/Felton house/ $249,999. Matt has completed a number of improvements on the house for the Heller’s, since we have been leasing the property (third year). New roof, leveled barn floor and eliminated knob and tube in the electrical system. Mass Save will be called.
