To all persons deemed interested in the Planning Board acting under the provisions of Town of Templeton General Bylaw Article LIII, you are hereby
notified of a Public Hearing to be held on December 12, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
in the Templeton Town Offices 160 Patriots Road, East Templeton, MA, in
the Conference Room to consider an application submitted by Nationwide Auto Recycling Inc., for a Storm Water Management Permit and Site Plan Review.
1. Per Sections 3.1.2.B and 8.3 of the Zoning Bylaws, Special Permit for the use within the Commercial-Industrial A Zoning District.
2. Per Section 8.4 of the Zoning Bylaws, Site Plan Review.
3. Per Article LIII-NPDES Phase II Permit Storm Water Management Bylaw, Storm Water Management Permit.
The proposed project is located at 223 Baldwinville Road. The proposal includes the construction of a gravel auto Recycling yard, with an associated office building and customer parking lot. The development will occupy approximately23.5 acres of the 55.5 acre subject site.
All interested parties who wish to be heard shall be heard. All relevant documents for review are located in the offices of the Planning Board, 160 Patriots Road in the Town Clerk’s Office. For further information call Development Services at (978) 894-2767
