Members who attended the Downtown Athol Charrette, Part 3 held on Dec. 9th, will brief the committee regarding the event and the findings and recommendations presented. 4. Jim Meehan will brief the committee regarding the Mass. Econ. meeting recently attended. 5. The EDIC will discuss the sale of the parcel of land at the Templeton Rd. development site, as the buyer has requested an extension of time regarding the transaction closing. 5. Member’s concerns: A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol. |
