6:30 p.m. Call meeting to order, Notification of Video or Recording of meeting (if any).
Agenda Approval

Correspondence: Abutting Town Hearing/Decision Notices, Other Town Boards/Committees, Other Correspondence.  
7:00pm-7:15pm Open Discussion/Public Comment.  
7:15pm ANR Applications (submitted 10 days prior, in order of submission), Applications that require action of the Board.

1.Subdivision Updates – Bray Avenue OSRD, Lakeside/Naukeag Village OSRD (Release of Bond), Lakeview Estates.
2. Continuation of Public Hearing - ANR and Common Driveway Application, Sherbert Road
3. Bylaw updates 
4. MJTC appointment for 2019-2020, request for applicants

Other/New Business:
1. Bray Avenue - Release of Lots 4 and 5 from Covenant.
2. Schedule progress review meeting for Housing Production Plan with BoS and MRPC.
3. Birchwood Acres - Release of Agreement.
