•	Requested closure of Woodward Avenue to automobile traffic on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 1-4 p.m. for Recreation Committee Halloween event.
•	Ken-Chris Realty, Christopher Slade request for Waiver of Town’s Right of First Refusal (MGL Chapter 61 – Forestry Lands), Highland Ridge, Highland Street, Berlin, MA (79 acres, Assessors Map 15, Parcel 27).
•	Approve Electric Service Agreement Addendum with Constellation NewEnergy
•	Vote to authorize Hudson Municipal water line to enter Berlin to service the Indian Farm Estates housing project (Hudson/Berlin town line, off River Street)

(1)	Exemption #(2) - Conduct strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel (Building Commissioner)
(2)	Exemption #(7) – Vote/approve exec. session meeting minutes (Oct. 7, 2019)
