5. Economic Development – review of 6/8/16 presentation from Marie DiStefano, Northeast Regional Director of MA Office of Business Development, and next steps for the constitution of an Economic Development Committee (EDC).
6. Community Compact - continue discussion and review the Board of Selectmen’s sub-theme recommendation, “Preparing for Success” from Housing and Economic Development Best Practices Focus Area.
7. Grant opportunities – District Local Technical Assistance (DLTA) and Downtown Initiative (MDI)
8. Discussion regarding getting more residents involved in Town government, including update on the results of the November public survey.
