7:05 p.m.	Public Hearing for the purpose of adopting a Residential Factor.

7:30 p.m.	Council on Aging concerning status of operations, staffing, goals, and planning; and potential reorganization of Council Officers.

8:00 p.m.	Fire Department and Fire Company to discuss future display of historic fire apparatus.

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period November 12th through November 25th, 2016, regarding the following:  
•	Contract for Site Engineering Options, 24-30 Martin Street
•	Purchase of Automatic Electronic Defibrillators (AEDs)
•	Grant of Easement to National Grid for Replacement of Electric Line
•	Cable Franchise Agreement Renewal Proposal
•	Massachusetts Downtown Initiative Grant Proposal

	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.
