7:00 Regular Session, call to order

Announcements

Approve Minutes.

Mike Flye, request PMS classroom use Nov 7th for civil war group annual meeting.

Linda Qualters, request to set up bookshelf at PMS classroom.

Follow up Selectboard Secretary position, temporary coordinators, other related matters.

Attorney for school agreement, discussion, fee charges to attend B.O.S. meeting and other matters.

Resident complaint on Blake Corner/Ward Hill Road road mowing.

Executive Session, MGL 30A, Section 21, reason #2. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for
negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.

Request Board of Health Covid updates, Fed & State mandates and town policy suggestions.

Review quotes for town hall and other town buildings cleaning and sanitizing, and any other CARES act related items, discussion and votes.

Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, discuss up to date progress on these matters.
Town Buildings sanitizing. Alarm swipe cards to limit touch area's to reduce virus transfer.
Discuss any Covid related matters, vaccines, testing or fed and state mandates.

Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA  Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP.

Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of Mini Splits, air filtration,  HVAC units to be replaced and siding repairs including library and annex roofs, any changes, discussion and votes.

Other Business not received 48 hours in advance of meeting time meeting legal requirements.
Including year end account transfers when accountant has amounts.
