Call Meeting to Order:

1.)  Reorganize.
2.)  Review and sign minutes of Meeting held on December 15, 2017.
3.)  Discuss Mapping questions on Harvard, Earthlands and Conservation Restrictions.

4.)  Executive Session will be held to review and sign:
 A) Exemptions 
 B) Real Estate Abatement's
 C) Review Forms of lists and 3ABC's forms. 
 D) To review and sign MDM1 Veterans Exemptions.
 E)  Review and sign Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Turnovers.

Meeting will be adjourned after Executive Session.

Executive Session is held under the Provisions of MGL 59 Section 60.

Assessor's Meetings are conducted under the Provisions of MGL 30A Section 20, Paragraph f.
