5. Date/times for winterization of medians,TOT site, bridge baskets, Iibrary, South Street. Same
day or is it easier to select different dates? Kathy's truck availability?
6. Ask Dalton Highway Department to pick up bridge baskets and library planters for winter
storage. Negotiate time convenient for all.
7. Happy news: Bob Merry has accepted position as co-chair of DBC, effective January ZO1g.
Bob needs to be installed as an official commission member, rather than a volunteer.
8. Spoke with Fluth Crane about soil enhancement for DBC garden areas. Ruth suggests
spring composting to refresh the medians and 707 site. DBC to contact Holiday Farm early April
to arrange delivery of 15 cubic yards for our gardens. Each median is approximately 27xSO
feet, in a triangular shape. Dicken will donate material and DBC will pay for delivery.
9. Please consider 2019 garden design and ideas for any changes in annuals. perennial
additions?
