HEARING NOTICE
On June 6, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Whitney Hall, 5 School St, South Roylaston, the Royalston Board of Health (RBOH) will hold a hearing to amend the Regulation of the Royalston Board of Health Restricting the Sale of Tobacco Products. Amendments include but are not limited to expanded definition of tobacco, flavor restriction, cigar pricing restrictions, new permit requirements, and blunt wrap ban; and to review Royalston Regulations Prohibiting Smoking in Workplaces and Public Places that would restrict tobacco use in the following but not limited to all municipal properties, municipal vehicles, Smoking Bars, and private clubs and expands the restriction to include e-products. Copies of these proposed regulations are available at the RBOH office. The RBOH will also accept written comment at the RBOH, 5 School St, South Royalston MA 01368, until June 6, 2019.
