A.	REGULAR SESSION
1.	CHAIRMANS’ ITEMS*
•	Municipal Light Board Chairman’s call to order meeting of the Light Board
•	Ashburnham Board of Selectmen Chairman’s call to order meeting of the Board of Selectmen

2.	VOTE ON AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Ashburnham Municipal Light Board and the Ashburnham Board of Selectmen shall vote to go into Executive Session to discuss issues affecting the Light Plant and the Town of Ashburnham pursuant to the matter listed below and will return to open session for the sole purpose of adjourning.

3. To discuss strategy with respect to litigation (Rivers suit) as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Town and Light Board if the Chairs so declare;
