Administrative Recommendation: To approve meeting minutes for the Finance Subcommittee
meeting of Wednesday, January 6, 2016.
3. Acceptance of Donations
Administrative Recommendations:
a. To accept the donation of miscellaneous instructional supplies from M. O’Mahoney Company.
These materials will be used with the Grade 11 Masonry and Landscape students. The estimated
value of these supplies is $2,500.
b. To accept the donations by Patricia A. Levine of Marblehead (2000 Lincoln Town Car) to
Automotive Technology and from Lisa R. Vasconcelos of Peabody (2002 Jeep Liberty) to Collision
Repair.
4. FY2017 Budget
The administration will present details of the FY2017 (draft) budget proposal for discussion.
5. Discussion items that were not reasonably anticipated by the Chairperson (M.G.L., Chapter 30A -
Sections 18-25)
6. Adjourn
The listing of matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair in accordance with M.G.L., Chapter
