The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:35 pm Public hearing on an Abbreviated Notice of Intent filed by Historic New England - Cogswell's Grant c/o Valerie Heider to remove invasive, nuisance and non-native vegetative species by selective cutting, pruning and mowing at 60 Spring Street.
7:45 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Marie McInnes to remove existing cottage and construct new cottage with installation of a new septic tank and water service at 24 Cogswell Road.
8:00 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Karoline and James Ryan to enclose front entry, add proposed screen porch on to existing porch, rebuild garage, add partial second floor addition and dormers at 46 Robbins Island Road.
