Information for Meeting of Economic Development and Industrial Corporation

1.  Reading and acceptance of minutes from previous meetings.
2.  Jim Meehan will update the EDIC regarding ongoing activities concerning the retail development in progress at the Business Park.
3.  The committee will discuss a recent communication received from Stephen Goodman, manager of  Athol Development L.L.C., regarding his request for an extension to a purchase and sale agreement between the Athol EDIC and Athol Development, L.L.C. 
4.  Pursuant to Chapter 10, section 6 of the Town Charter, the EDIC will discuss reorganization of the committee.
5.  Andrea Buglione, Town Planner, will meet with the committee to discuss the Downtown Plan Project that was discussed at the last meeting.  The EDIC will discuss the possibility of contributing funds to assist in this project. 
6.  Member’s concerns:  A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol.
