The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
83 Seagull Rd and Parcel N133 (aka 0) Tisquantum Road, Outermost Harbor Marine (#83) and Quitnesset Associates Inc, SE 10-3334: Request to Amend an existing permit under SE 10-3334 to include proposed expansion of existing dredge permit to include dredge disposal area on Quitnesset Spit as well as permit a new disposal area on the parking area at Outermost Harbor, Assessors Map 15A1 parcel H98 (#83) and 15A2 parcel N133 (0) Tisquantum Rd. The Commission will discuss the proposed revision to Amended Special Condition #3.
