The Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation Board of Directors will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21 for the purpose of discussing trade secrets or confidential, competitively-sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a cooperative consisting of governmental entities organized pursuant to MGL Ch 164 Sec 136 when such a cooperative determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities producing, selling or distributing electric power and/or energy.
The Board will re-convene in Regular Session following Executive Session only for the purpose of adjournment. |
