| Agenda: | Site Visit by the Petersham Selectboard and other Committees
At 10:30 AM on Saturday, Nov. 20, the Selectboard, Advisory Finance Committee, and Chair of the Planning Board will attend an interior site visit at the Nichewaug Inn & Academy building. The Historic District Commission has been invited, reply is pending as of this notification.
Due to building conditions, this site visit is limited to those listed herein and will be led by the Petersham Fire Chief and an FD Fire Watch.
No decisions or action items will be undertaken by any Committee during this site visit.
Following the site visit, the Advisory Finance Committee will meet to discuss:
1. Site Visit
2. Preparations for Public Information Meeting.
3. Review and approval of minutes.
4. Next Meeting at the call of the Chair as needed.
