Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss potential litigation concerning adverse sewer system loan decision issued by United States Department of Agriculture, if discussing the matter in open session will have a detrimental effect on the Town’s litigating position and the chair so declares.
