“Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §20, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Conservation Commission will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the open session portion of the proceedings in real-time, via technological means.”

PUBLIC HEARING:
VOTE: To allow the Chair of the Conservation Commission to sign Conservation Commission documents on behalf of the Commissioners when meetings are held via video conference. The Commissioners recognize and accept the provisions of M.G.L. c.110G regarding electronic signatures and henceforth documents with either their typed signatures or their wet ink signatures will carry the same legal weight and effect.
Such electronically signed documents will include a statement that the signatures are made in accordance with M.G.L. c.110G and pursuant to the board’s electronic signature authorization vote recorded on [DATE] in [BOOK and PAGE] at the [NAME OF REGISTRY] Registry of Deeds.
